David J. Parsi

David J. Parsi is a Managing Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He represents public and private companies across finance, energy, wealth management, real estate, sports, and technology, on domestic and international debt and equity financings, M&A, multi‑jurisdictional corporate issues, and entity formation and governance.

David has represented a National Football League team and its affiliates in connection with the refinancing of a $1.1 billion construction facility loan and a $322 million credit facility. He has advised a Texas energy company on a $400 million acquisition of an electrical power plant, and a leading independent wealth management firm on multiple asset purchase transactions involving firms with over $3 billion and $4 billion in assets under management. He also represented a multinational bank on a $55.5 million term loan and a private equity firm on an over $100 million credit facility.

David holds a J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law (2019) and a BBA in Finance from Baylor University (2015). He has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Corporate Law (2026) and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Business & Corporate (2025).
