Christopher N. Davies

Christopher N. Davies is a Shareholder and leads the Florida real estate and condominium and homeowner association law practice area in Dentons' Naples office. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Condominium and Planned Development Law and has focused his practice for more than three decades on providing advice to condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations, representing more than 500 Boards primarily in Southwest Florida.

He also represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has served as a faculty member at the University of Miami Law Center Institute on Condominium and Cluster Developments and is a former member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Board of Trustees and past Chairman of its National Attorney's Committee and Public Policy Committee. He was appointed to the Florida Condominium Study Commission by Governor Bob Martinez in 1990 and served on the Condominium Law and Policy on Life Safety Advisory Task Force created in the wake of the Surfside tragedy.

Chris holds a J.D. and an LL.M. from Tulane University School of Law, as well as a joint honors degree in Law and Industrial Relations from Cardiff University.
