Christina M. Paul

Christina M. Paul is a Partner in Dentons' Miami office, focusing on complex business, litigation, and regulatory matters, with particular expertise in the maritime, transportation, and hospitality industries.

She has more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, representing clients ranging from middle-market businesses to publicly-traded organizations in high-stakes litigation, including product liability and catastrophic injury claims. She has served as lead trial counsel in disputes involving multi‑million‑dollar exposures and is known for developing practical, business‑focused solutions that mitigate risk. She also advises clients in the recreational marine industry on product development, regulatory compliance, safety standards and vendor disputes.

Christina holds a J.D., cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law (2002) and a B.A., cum laude from American University (1999).

She is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Admiralty and Maritime Law and holds an AV Preeminent Martindale‑Hubbell rating. She serves as Chair of the American Boat and Yacht Council and Chair of the National Marine Manufacturers Association's Boating Industry Risk Management Council, and was appointed by the US Secretary of Homeland Security to the National Boating Safety Advisory Committee.
