Christina M. Carroll

Christina M. Carroll is a Partner in Dentons' US Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on Commercial Litigation. Her diverse practice includes business disputes, trade secrets, environmental, and complex tort litigation.

She represents clients in the defense, technology, chemical, life sciences, and insurance industries, including government contractors. She frequently handles cases for government contractors involving trade secret and employment matters and other business disputes, and assists clients in addressing emerging issues associated with evolving regulations and technologies, such as surveillance and privacy, climate change, and hydraulic fracturing.

She has experience in mass tort litigation involving class allegations, and was a key member of the legal team that defeated class certification in the Yucca Mountain silica exposure case. She has handled CERCLA cost recovery actions against the United States and litigated complex issues under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and the Alien Tort Claims Act.

In the insurance realm, she represents insurance companies in coverage and bad faith disputes and counsels them on emerging risks. She is a past Co-Chair of the Firm's award-winning Women LEAD network. Christina holds a JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center (2000) and an AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard College (1997).
