Cara Alexiou

Cara Alexiou is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Commercial Litigation practice, assisting clients in business litigation, employment, and mass tort matters.

She successfully resolved a multi-million-dollar lawsuit and countersuit for a client against a former employee who left to start a competing business, and has handled multiple claims brought against the Administrative Office of the Courts, state court judges and other court officials in both state and federal court.

Cara holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (2021) and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Kentucky (2018).

She is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Mass Tort Litigation and Class Actions – Defendants, Government Relations Practice, and Privacy and Data Security Law (2024–2026). She is a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder Class of 2025.
