He has also advised on wetlands permitting, water rights, zoning, and mining projects, and has assisted clients with legislation that was enacted into Utah law.
Brad holds a J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law (1991) and a B.A. from Brigham Young University (1988). He is admitted to practice in Utah and Idaho.
