Bradley H. Strait

Bradley H. Strait is a Senior Managing Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Environment and Natural Resources practice, specializing in Environmental Law. He advises clients on permitting and regulatory compliance under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, as well as reporting and compliance under CERCLA, TSCA, and EPCRA's Toxics Release Inventory Program, including PFAS‑related issues.

Bradley has experience with transactional environmental due diligence, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, and environmental liability counseling. He has represented clients in environmental litigation, including Clean Air Act citizen suits, CERCLA release reporting, and challenges to stream construction permits, and has advised on RCRA compliance, beneficial reuse of materials, and responses to EPA information requests and notices of violation. Notable matters include providing environmental diligence for the carve‑out sale of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises' Diamond Power division to Andritz AG for US$177 million, and serving as lead environmental counsel in German American Bancorp, Inc.'s merger with Heartland BancCorp.

Bradley holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2019) and B.A. degrees in History and Ancient Languages, summa cum laude, from Asbury University (2015). He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
