Anthony Moscato

Anthony Moscato is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Global Compliance and Investigations practices, focusing on complex commercial litigation, white-collar defense, internal investigations, and corporate compliance.

Drawing on nearly three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, he has served as lead counsel in numerous federal jury trials and conducts sensitive internal investigations involving the FCPA, FCA, BSA/AML, and SOX. He has assisted clients with building effective compliance programs and has handled employment, cyber and data breach, and data privacy matters. Prior to joining Dentons, he served in-house with Carrier Global Corp., leading global investigations and serving as Ethics and Compliance Counsel (Americas), and previously spent 17 years as a federal prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey, where he served as Chief of the National Security Unit. After law school, he joined the US Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps.

Anthony holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law (1997) and a B.S., magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey (1994).
