Angelina Chung

Angelina Chung is a Managing Associate in the Dentons Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group. Her primary practice area is Tax Law.

She focuses her practice on international tax, global restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Dentons, she worked in the mergers and acquisitions tax group at a global tax advisory firm, where she routinely provided transactional tax support to clients, and in the tax services group at a Big Four accounting firm.

She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor on the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and her B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business. She is licensed to practise law in New York and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
